This Large Twin-Angle Flow Thru-Brush from Autoday has a cleverly sculpted head which is especially useful when cleaning high-sided vehicles. 

An interior channel allows water to be fed directly from a hosepipe via a telescopic handle to the vehicle surface.

The brush head is made of durable polypropylene with non-scratch PVC bristles. Especially recommended for cleaning liveried and emergency service vehicles.
